FAQS
May I Bring A Guest?
We are delighted to celebrate with you and have kept our guest list intentional to ensure everyone has a wonderful experience. If your invitation includes a guest it will be indicated on your invitation.
Are Children Welcome?
With a few exceptions for close family and wedding party our celebration is adults only. This is also due to the fact that our venue is on a scenic cliffside and could be dangerous. We hope this offers you the chance to relax and enjoy the evening. If childcare poses an issue for your attendance, please reach out to us.
What Is The Attire?
We are requesting that you dress in "Garden Party Formal". Think long colorful gowns, floral patterns, and suits in spring weight fabrics!
We kindly ask that guests do not wear white, and to avoid black, which will be worn by the bridesmaids.
Where Should I Stay?
Since our party is going on until late in the evening we have reserved the entire Cedars Ranch for our wedding guests and we are stocking the fridges with snacks and beverages! The cedars ranch is a 2 minute drive from the venue. The accommodations there are "high-end glamping" with geodomes and cabins of various sizes.
Alternatively, there are many other options listed on our travel page. Wimberley and the surrounding hill country also have many Airbnbs available.
The closest traditional hotel is the Marriott Courtyard in Dripping Springs which is about 20 minutes away.
Please note that if you choose to stay in Austin, you will be about an hour away from the venue.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 15th.
If you do not RSVP on time we will assume you are unable to attend.
How Will Transportation and Parking Work?
With so many choices of hotels and Airbnbs, we will not have a large enough concentration of wedding guests at a single location, so we are asking that guests drive to the venues. There is ample parking at each location for everyone.
When Should I Arrive?
Please plan to be seated at the wedding ceremony by 5:15pm.
Can I Take Photographs At The Ceremony?
We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture the moments and will share those with guests!
Please refrain from taking photos until the reception and after party!
